Description

The dorsal is the leading edge of a living form breaking the surface — the precise point where connection translates into architectural intent. The master form is etched with the attached streamlines and shed vorticity of wake dynamics, capturing the physics of directional transition with structural exactness.

The repeatable form is held against an unrepeatable surface. While the structural geometry remains identical across the series, each work receives a unique surface commitment — Cerulean Flow for open-ocean depth, or patinas aged by sea air and deep time. Applied once by hand, never repeated.

The relief acts as a spatial anchor — instilling linear clarity and poised anticipation into the wall it inhabits. The dorsal arrives first.
